Growth
The Growth page (/groei) is a dedicated place for work that wins the next job. It only shows what is waiting right now: quote requests through your website, quotes that are unanswered or about to expire, and customers who used to buy but have gone quiet this year.
Why Growth is separate from the dashboard
The dashboard briefing is sorted by urgency. That is right for VAT deadlines and overdue invoices, but wrong for slower campaign-style work such as winning back lapsed customers. That kind of task would always sit below today's administrative urgencies and never get done. Growth keeps it visible on its own, without having to compete with what you really have to finish today.
The two truly time-bound signals, a request waiting for a reply and a quote about to expire, also appear in the dashboard Good news tab, because those are today-actions. Both screens read the same data, so they cannot contradict each other.
What you see
Content is shown as bands, not cards. Each band states the situation in one sentence, explains why it matters, and then gives the numbers. Bands only appear when there is something to do. A workspace with no website form, open quotes, or lapsed customers gets a calm empty state instead of three zeros. The page therefore needs no industry-specific settings.
Quote requests via your website
If you have a website form connected, new quote requests land here. The band shows:
- An eyebrow label, Request.
- A headline such as "1 person filled in your contact form and is waiting for an answer" or the plural version with the count.
- Why it matters: the first to reply usually gets the job.
- Figures for open requests and the oldest wait time.
- A link to Quotes > Requests so you can respond.
The same count and oldest wait time also appear in the dashboard briefing under Good news.
Unanswered quotes
Sent quotes without a reply are grouped here. The band shows:
- An eyebrow label, Quotes · no reply.
- A headline with the count, for example "1 quote is with a customer without an answer".
- Why it matters: a quick follow-up often gets the signature after all. If every quote has expired, the page notes that resending them with a new validity date is one action.
- Figures for how many were sent and the total amount still open.
- Badges that mark expired quotes and quotes expiring this week.
- A link to the quote list so you can follow up.
See Quotes for creating, sending and converting quotes.
Customers who stopped buying
Customers who bought before but have not had an invoice this year are listed here. The band shows:
- An eyebrow label, Customers · nothing bought this year.
- A headline with the count, for example "1 customer used to buy from you, not this year".
- Why it matters: someone who once said yes says yes again faster than someone you do not know yet.
- Figures for how many customers have lapsed and how much they previously spent in total.
- The date of their last invoice.
- Direct actions to Call or Email the customer, using the contact details on file.
- A link to the full customer list.
See Customers for filtering and managing your customer base.
