Affiliate Program
The MyCompanyDesk affiliate program is for independent publishers, comparison sites, blogs, newsletters, and other websites that want to earn a commission by referring visitors who start a paid MyCompanyDesk subscription.
Who can join
The program is open to external publishers that send relevant traffic to MyCompanyDesk. You do not need a MyCompanyDesk account to take part.
How to apply
Apply through the public affiliate page at mycompanydesk.nl/affiliate. After approval you receive a personal referral code and a private stats page where you can track performance.
How it works
- Share your referral link with your audience.
- A visitor who reaches MyCompanyDesk through your link is attributed to your code for that browser session.
- If the visitor starts a paid subscription and stays past the hold period, the conversion is credited to your affiliate account.
Commission and payouts
Each affiliate has a fixed commission amount agreed during onboarding. The commission is paid out for each workspace that converts to a paying subscription and remains paying through the hold period.
Payouts are sent to the bank account (IBAN) you provide during setup. The payout schedule and any minimum threshold are confirmed when your application is approved.
Affiliate dashboard
Your private stats page shows:
- Referrals — workspaces that signed up through your link
- Conversions — workspaces that started a paid subscription
- Pending, approved, paid, and clawed back commission totals
- Recent conversions and their status
No personally identifiable information about the referred workspaces is shown.
Commission lifecycle
A conversion moves through the following statuses:
- Pending — the referral converted and is still inside the hold window
- Approved — the hold period passed and the workspace is still paying
- Paid — the commission has been transferred to your bank account
- Clawed back — the subscription was canceled or refunded before the commission was paid
Privacy and tracking
Affiliate tracking uses only the referral code in the URL and a per-browser-session counter. The click beacon sends only the affiliate code; it does not identify the visitor or store personal data.
